"I was incredibly impressed by everyone at Madrona — especially, of course, Dr. Gray. Since it was my first appointment, it was longer than usual. They use the most modern technology, including things I’d never heard of but that were enlightening in the resulting information. Everyone in the office engages in regular continuing education and so are familiar with all advances in dental care and industry advice. I even liked their intake forms! You do essentially a carefully-guided self-assessment; this was interesting and gave me a sense of which potential issues we might focus on in the appointment. Dr. Gray and his technicians (Mike and Marlin) were generous with their time and very kind. Dr. Gray had reassuring, patient, bedside manner. Finally, the space was clean, welcoming, bright, and everything ran efficiently including check-in and check-out. No long waits :) Many thanks and many compliments to the whole team!
